  1. Are the tasks you work on during the day the ones with the highest priority?               
  2. Do you make up lists of things to do? Do you use a planner in your cell phone or any other computer program to schedule your day, week, month, six months?
  3. Do you use action plan when working on a task at work? 
  4. Do you use to-do lists when it comes to your personal needs?
  5. How do you proiritise tasks when there is a lot to do?    
  6. Are you stressed about deadlines?
  7. Do you find yourself completing tasks at the last minute?  
  8. How often do you find yourself dealing with downtime? What are your ways to flight it?
  9. Are you good at shutting yourself off distractions? 
  10. What is your attitude to time management? Do you think it's really useful and needed? What are the good and bad sides of TM, in your opinion?
  11. Do you apply delegating as a way of time-management? Is it always easy to delegate for you?       
  12. Are you a multitasker?   
  13. Do you think that setting long-term goals is good? Do you set goals for a year, five or ten years etc.? Does it help?
