- Are you a stress-susceptible or a stress-resistant person?
- Have you ever heard about chronic fatigue syndrome? Have you ever felt that you suffer from it?
- What are the most typical stress-factors for you? (fear, anxiety, conflicts, failures, etc.)
- What are the areas of life where stress situations are most common to occur? (work, family, relationships with friends, transport, etc.)
- How do you withstand stress? (listening to music, going in for sport, watching films/TV shows, eating, drinking alcohol, communicating with friends, etc.)
- Do you try to minimize stress in your life? If yes, how do you do that?
