Drinking beer: to ban or not to ban?

Questions for discussion:

~ What would be your permission if you had vote for bill, banning public drinking of the beer? Do you think that it would be worth to ban public beer drinking? Do you think it would help to reduce beer consumption? Do you think that beer consumption should be reduced?

~ Do you think that increasing beer consumption among the young generation is dangerous phenomena? Why?

~ What about smoking? If you had to vote for the similar bill concerning smoking, would you vote for or against? Why?

~ If something you like to do (drinking alcohol, smoking, surf in the Internet, read some books or newspapers, listen to some radio programs, watch TV programs) was prohibited what would be your reaction?
